What is Bullying?
As a teenager many people may experience Bullying. Bullying can have a huge impact on many peoples lives and is not a good feeling if you are being bullied. Lots of the time people bully because something has happened to them or they could be jealous of you. There are three main types of bullying. These are:
Verbal bullying which is name calling or insulting someone of who they really are. They might call people "fat" or say something about there race.
Physical Bullying which is hitting and physically hurting someone. This is punching, shoving and kicking. Other things people may do as well is steal and damage your belongings.
Social Bullying which is excluding someone from the group and talking about people behind there backs. Someone may even show harmful pictures of you to other people.

Impacts of Bullying
Bullying of any type can have a long term impact on peoples lives including the actual bully. Lots of people who get bullied get anxiety and it effects there daily lives. They might change there food diet and can lose sleep. It could even effect the activities that you like to do and really enjoy it.
